Noble Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative in the city of Joliet, IL 60436.
Pay Rate- $20-$21 DOE
Shift- Swing Shift- 10am-6:30pm
Monday- Friday
Paid weekly

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the vital link between our customers, suppliers, and internal logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of inquiries related to shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Duties
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, order processing, and delivery schedules, providing timely updates and solutions.
Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments
Communicate with drivers, warehouses, and customers regarding delivery status
Resolve shipping and transportation issues in a timely manner
Enter and maintain accurate shipment information and documentation
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, optimize routes, and resolve transportation issues efficiently.
Requirements
Previous logistics/customer service experience is required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
