Seeking small plot for organic flower farm (Johnstown/Loveland)

I’m a local organic cut-flower farmer who recently relocated and am looking for a new growing space closer to home for the 2027 season, ideally near Johnstown or East Loveland.
I’m looking to lease around ¼ acre of usable growing space, though I’m open to something smaller. Reliable access to water/irrigation is a must, and some type of shed, barn, or covered storage for tools and supplies would be ideal. I’m happy to prepare the ground, till, create beds, and install my own drip irrigation.
Electricity and a bathroom would be great bonuses but aren’t deal breakers. An existing hoop house would be amazing, or the ability to install a small one.
I run an established, small-scale specialty cut-flower farm and take a lot of pride in caring for the land I grow on. I’d love to find a quiet piece of underused acreage and, ideally, a place where I could continue growing for several seasons.
