**We are seeking experienced in house Construction Repairs Specialist or Handyman that can do multiple types of repairs for homeowners and commercial customers in transition from restoration losses and assist Construction Project Manager with completeing small construction repairs to include electrical, drywall, plumbing, puchlist, painting and trim carpentry.
**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct thorough inspections on site to identify issues such as leaks, cracks, and other damage.
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks,
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
**Requirements:**
- 4 years min experience mainentance, construction repair and trade specific exprience.
- Attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Speak English

– Sick pay accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, subject to the 90-day provision above.
