We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, long-term contract basis.
You will help us identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates for software engineering, AI, data, and other technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Screen candidates and evaluate their technical background and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting records
- Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates
Requirements:
- Previous experience recruiting for technical or IT roles
- Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platform
- Ability to evaluate candidates for software engineering, AI, data, and related technical roles
- Reliable and available for ongoing part-time work
