Vicoletto, a busy Italian restaurant in Jersey City, is looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher, Food Prep, Salad maker, waiter/waitresses, busser to join our team. These are separate roles.
Responsibilities:
dishwasher;
* Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
* Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing area clean
* Assisting with general kitchen cleaning
Food Prep:
* Daily Prep: Complete assigned prep lists before dinner service.
*Kitchen Support: Assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation and restocking during service.
- Salad Maker / kitchen help
- Busser
- waiter / waitress
Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Immediate availability preferred.
