We’re looking for a creative and organized Event Planner to help support and execute in-clinic events, patient outreach activities, and community partnerships that elevate our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordination, and bringing energetic ideas to life while working alongside our marketing and clinical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events
Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling
Help create promotional materials and event briefs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Manage event timelines, task lists, and attendee follow-up
Assist with onsite event support to ensure a high-quality guest experience
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Interest in events, hospitality, wellness, or marketing
Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and creative mindset
Graduated from college with good GPA
