Benson Bright Preservation is hiring an individual to do a basic mow and weed whack twice a month at the following properties:

1. 1446 Spring Ct, Jerome, ID - the pay is $50 each cut, twice a month.
2. 1221 Utah St, Gooding, ID - the pay is $40 each cut, twice a month.

The yard just needs to be mowed and weed whacked twice a month, and the equipment required is a lawnmower, weedeater and a blower or broom. Because the work will be done for the mortgage lender, you must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.

Payment for work performed is sent by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, credit card, or check.

If interested, please reply by email and provide your phone number.
