Update III; back together working great, it charges fast from 0to40psi, fast recovery rate!
Service performed; I installed a copper sleeve on the connector rod journal, repair complete. Designed to power air nailers, but can be used wherever compressed air is needed , such as airing up tires etc.
Update II: I made a sleeve for the crank conn rod (press fit) as pictured, sleeve pressed in, fits nicely.
Look up Senco model pc2001 (pc1131) and you will see all the specs. Looks to be in good shape, crank is repaired , received a good cleaning while apart. Motor windings look normal.

Price is "as is recently serviced".
I also replaced the stripped drain plug, new oil, installed cleaned, and polished the reed valves, (rebuilt/serviced the head, it was all gummed up with carbon junk (now very clean!) and I think he was running the wrong oil, certainly was not checking the oil either (running it low) ah ha).
Off the AI web: Legacy Spotlight: Senco PC2001For professionals keeping older equipment running, the Senco PC2001 remains a highly respected legacy tool. This 2.0 HP direct-drive model features a 4.3-gallon twin-stack tank setup with an oil-splash lubricated pump and a cast-iron cylinder. Operating at 14.1 running amps and throwing out 4.3 SCFM at 100 PSI, it bridges the gap between portability and production framing capability. John 😊
PC1131 model pump looks to be the superseding model no. Looks the same to me , running 5 to 600.00 new.
Off the web..Best Use case both options are professional contractor-grade "workhorses". Thanks to the high 4.4 SCFM delivery, both are fully capable of handling rapid-fire finish nailing, stapling, roofing, and structural framing. If you are looking to purchase new, buy the PC1131. If you are looking at a used market deal, this serviced PC2001 will offer you nearly the exact same performance profile for less money.
Comes with a nice 50 foot contractor's hose with the proper industrial style connectors plus a blow off nozzle that I installed the proper fitting on. Setting it up , so you can go right to work. I have the cut out turned down so you can bring it up to your desired pressure. I have it set up for tires and blowing off parts now. Kick out turned down to 100 is plenty for me and easier on the pump and safer.
