OTR CDL-A Driver Needed – 2,500–3,000 Miles/Week – Pay Based on Experience
Small owner-operated trucking company based near Austin, TX is looking for a dependable OTR Class A CDL driver to join a growing operation.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants consistent miles, steady work, and direct communication with the owner instead of dealing with multiple layers of management.
Position Details
* OTR reefer
* Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week
* Frequent drop-and-hook freight
* Pay based on experience and qualifications
* Performance and inspection bonuses available
* Flexible home time
* Truck parking currently available in the Salado area
What I’m Looking For
* Valid Class A CDL
* Safe driving record
* Dependable and professional
* Strong time management
* Able to communicate and keep appointments on schedule
* Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
I’m building a company that I want drivers to grow with. You’ll work directly with me as the owner, and I want someone who takes pride in the truck, communicates well, and wants to be part of something long-term.
I also understand drivers have families and lives outside of trucking. The goal is to keep the truck moving and make money without making you feel like you have to live in it.
