Hi! I'm relocating to Vancouver from Toronto and am starting my search early to make sure everything is sorted well in advance of my move. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, ideally with a move-in date of January 1, 2027.
Since I'm currently in Toronto, Ill requite virtual viewing/facetime. I've got friends in the area who can also see it in person before finalizing an agreement, I'm happy to provide an employment letter and salary verification to support my application whenever that's useful.
