This is a substantial commercial-grade greenhouse, not a small residential or hobby greenhouse. It has a galvanized steel frame, roll-up sides, a large swinging entrance door, and greenhouse plastic that was replaced just last year and is in excellent condition.

I contacted Poly-Tex directly for current replacement pricing. A new comparable unit is approximately $12,000 plus around $1,200 freight to this area, or about $13,200 delivered.

Asking $7,500 OBO.

Buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal. I have a loader and can assist with pulling the ground posts to make removal easier.
