We are looking for experienced construction / handyman workers
to help get a warehouse ready for use.
Work includes:
Sheetrock / drywall installation and finishing
Box out existing columns and beams with 2x4 framing and Sheetrock
Framing and carpentry
Taping, spackling and sanding
Interior painting
Ceiling repairs and installation
Installing lights, outlets and switches
Bathroom renovation work
Installing vinyl flooring
General cleanup and demolition
Moving and organizing materials
General warehouse preparation and repairs
Other construction/maintenance work as needed
We want the finished work to look clean,
straight, professional and ready for a commercial warehouse.
Location: Jamaica, Queens, NY
Requirements:
Must have construction experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be able to work safely and professionally
Having your own tools is a plus
Experience with commercial/warehouse work preferred
Pay: $22 Per Hour
