Experience with Rockwool, fiberglass insulation, framing, drywall, or general construction is preferred. You must be able to follow instructions and install insulation neatly without leaving gaps or excessively compressing the material.
If your assigned section is completed early, you will be moved to another area to help finish the overall Rockwool installation.
If the entire scheduled Rockwool job is completed early and I release the crew, you will still receive the full shift rate. If you choose to leave early, your pay will be prorated based on hours worked.
After installation is complete, everyone will be expected to help clean up Rockwool scraps, packaging, and work areas before leaving.
Please message me with your construction/insulation experience and confirm that you can work the full 9:30 AM–5:00 PM shift.
