We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Gutter and Drainage Installer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in precise craftsmanship, and solving water-management problems for homeowners, this is the perfect fit.
As an installer, you will be the face of our company on-site, ensuring that rainwater is safely and efficiently channeled away from our clients' homes to protect their foundations, landscaping, and roofs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Installation & Repair: Measure, fabricate, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and leaf protection systems.
Drainage Solutions: Dig trenches and install underground drainage systems, French drains, and catch basins.
Inspection & Diagnosis: Assess existing gutter and drainage issues, identify clogs or structural failures, and recommend effective solutions.
Safety & Maintenance: Safely operate ladders, power tools, and hand tools while maintaining a clean, hazard-free job site.
Customer Service: Professionally communicate with homeowners to explain the installation process and answer any questions.
✨ Desirable Qualities & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings more than just technical skills to the job. The ideal candidate embodies these core traits:
Technical Aptitude & Reliability
Comfort with Heights: Ability to work confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs (up to 2–3 stories) while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, cold).
Experience: Prior experience in gutter installation, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, or general construction is highly preferred, but we will train the right person.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record to safely operate company work trucks to and from job sites.
Professional Mindset
An "Eye for Detail": Gutters must pitch perfectly to drain correctly. We value sharp mathematical/spatial awareness and pride in clean, straight installations.
Problem-Solving Grit: No two homes are exactly alike. You should be able to look at a complex roofline or a water-logged yard and figure out the smartest route for water runoff.
Punctuality & Integrity: Showing up on time, respecting the homeowner's property, and doing the job right the first time—even when no one is watching.
Strong Team Player: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a crew partner to get jobs done safely and efficiently.

Competitive Pay: [Hourly Rate/% Per Job Completed] (Dependent on experience)
