All Ways Moving is looking for an experienced Mover / Driver / Crew Foreman to join our team.
We are looking for someone with professional moving experience who knows how to properly run a moving job, lead a crew, and take care of our customers and their belongings.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already knows the moving business and wants an opportunity to earn good money with a well-established company.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Your hourly wage will be based on your experience, driving ability, and ability to lead a crew.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Professional moving experience
* Experience driving 26-ft box trucks
* Ability to lead and manage a moving crew
* Valid driver’s license and good driving record
* Knowledge of properly padding and wrapping furniture
* Ability to load a moving truck safely and efficiently
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Dependable and able to show up on time
* Comfortable taking responsibility for the crew and the customer’s belongings
* Able to handle the physical demands of moving
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for driving the truck, leading your crew, communicating with customers, protecting furniture and homes, loading and unloading efficiently, completing job paperwork, and making sure each move is handled professionally from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a job and run it correctly without needing constant supervision.
