The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable Gutter and/or Yard Drainage Installer who takes pride in their work and can hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for the precise fabrication, pitching, and installation of custom seamless gutter systems, as well as executing trenching and routing for subsurface drainage to protect residential and commercial foundations.
Key Responsibilities
* Extrude, measure, cut, pitch, and install 6-inch seamless aluminum and copper gutters.
* Install downspouts, elbows, and premium leaf protection systems securely and efficiently.
* Execute subsurface drainage mitigation, including trenching, laying pipe, and installing pop-up emitters or catch basins.
* Identify water flow issues on-site and work effectively with the crew to implement honest, lasting solutions.
* Assist in operating and maintaining the gutter machine, tools, and company vehicles to ensure they remain in top working condition.
* Uphold a professional, transparent, and respectful attitude on every job site, ensuring a clean work area upon completion.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven, hands-on experience installing seamless gutters and subsurface drainage systems.
* Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, precise measuring and basic math skills, and a solid understanding of water routing and roofline pitching.
* Physical Ability: Fully comfortable working safely on tall extension ladders, walking rooflines, and performing the heavy lifting and trenching required for drainage work.
* Mindset: A straightforward, honest communicator who values truth and doing the job right over office politics or taking the easy way out.
* Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work.
Compensation & Benefits
