Selling a stacked Electrolux washer and dryer set from my rental condo (ground floor easy exist). It came with the condo when it was purchased new and will be 5 years old this November. Made in Italy. Both are currently installed and being used.
Models:
Washer: Electrolux EFLS210TIW00 Compact Washer with IQ-Touch Controls featuring Perfect Steam – 2.4 cu. ft.
Dryer: Electrolux EFDE210TIW00 Front Load Compact Dryer with IQ-Touch Controls – 4.0 cu. ft. No duct venting
Stacked configuration. 24-inch compact set. Dryer is electric — buyer should verify voltage, venting, and hookup.
Reason for selling:
My tenant has a bigger family and has been asking for a larger washer/dryer set. I don’t want to lose a good long-term tenant over a washer and dryer, so I’m selling this set cheap.
Price: $225 cash.
Similar used sets are often listed around $500–$600. I just want them gone soon. Even if you part them out, one control board can be worth more than $200.
You are welcome to come test both as much as you want. Sold as-is, where-is. No delivery. No holds. First come, first served.
Buyer must arrange own unhooking, disconnecting, moving, and loading. Please bring help, tools, dolly, straps, etc. I cannot assist with unhooking or loading due to health issues. Another reason I’m selling so cheap.
Located in Key Lime Dr 32256. Access must be coordinated with the tenant.
