PRT Staffing is currently hiring a Driver Team Lead / Operations Supervisor for a busy automotive auction facility in Jacksonville.
This position will work directly with the Assistant Manager of Operations and oversee daily Driver and Detailer activities. We are looking for a dependable leader who can effectively supervise employees, promote safety, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise Driver and Detailer teams
-Monitor employee attendance and ensure accurate clocking in/out
-Assist with scheduling and daily workforce coordination
-Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
-Complete accident and incident reports as needed
-Provide coaching and support to employees
-Work alongside management to maintain efficient operations
Requirements:
-Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred
-Valid Florida Driver's License required
-Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR review
-Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles
-Must pass a drug screen, including THC
-Must pass a 10-year criminal background check
-Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
-Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
