David Dobbs Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Menu Designs, is seeking a dependable, outgoing, and service-oriented professional to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting sales and operations.
Training is provided. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers commission opportunities for opening new accounts and cross-selling to existing customers.
Compensation
💲 $41,000–$45,000 annually, plus commission
Schedule
🗓 Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, pricing, and order entry
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Generate sales through new account development and cross-selling opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, art, production, and accounting
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Support accounting and production teams with questions related to current projects
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, or manufacturing is preferred

• Ability to calculate prices, discounts, and basic figures accurately
