We are currently seeking reliable property maintenance, handyman, property preservation, and tree trimming crews to service foreclosed properties in Jacksonville, IL 62650.
Scope of Work:
1. Repair the damaged gutter/downspout at the side corner of the property. Provide proper photos of work completion.
2. Complete the winterization work. Provide proper photos of work completion.
3. Remove debris from the property. Provide proper photos of work completion. Must upload truckload photos.
Winterize the home properly and provide complete winterization photos.
Clean all toilets thoroughly. Provide before/after photos.
Install air fresheners in all wet areas, specifically the lower-level kitchen and bathroom.
Cap the exposed water line in the lower level properly.
Install functioning smoke and CO detectors as required, including the missing detectors in the lower level.
Install the missing handrail at the front steps leading to the upper level and ensure it is securely mounted.
