Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, including handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents and reporting discrepancies
Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
Load and unload trucks as needed
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
