NexJenn Logistics LLC is a premier healthcare logistics provider specializing in secure, time-sensitive medical, pharmaceutical, and high-value cargo transport across Northeast Florida. We are currently expanding our professional, on-call 1099 Standby Driver Pool to handle contract overflows and emergency STAT dispatches.
This is a true 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You manage your own schedule, utilize your own vehicle, and are paid a highly competitive revenue split per completed route. Perfect for established owner-operators looking to add highly profitable runs to their weekly routes.
MANDATORY VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
We are strictly onboarding the following vehicle classes (Model Year 2011 or newer only, with fully functional, commercial-grade A/C):
- Mid-to-Large SUVs
- Minivans
- Transit Vans / Cargo Vans
- Box Trucks
- Sedans (Very limited routes available)
*(Note: We do NOT accept pickup trucks or compact/coupe vehicles due to strict healthcare cargo space and climate constraints).*
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Florida Driver's License & clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Current auto insurance policy with liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000.
- Smart device with reliable vehicle mounting and in-car charging capability.
- Must possess or be willing to immediately acquire an OSHA-compliant medical spill kit and a heavy-duty insulated cooler with frozen gel ice-packs.
- Existing HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certifications are a massive plus (must be obtained prior to first route assignment).
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:
This is a standby, on-call position. We operate heavily Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on high-value on-demand Sunday shifts. There are NO operations on Saturdays. Ideal for drivers comfortable responding to prompt STAT calls in the Greater Jacksonville area.
