Job Overview
We are looking for recent graduates or ambitious college students who want to master B2B business development, high-ticket appointment setting, digital agency operations, and executive communication. We are a fast-growing agency helping CPA, tax, and accounting firms scale using modern websites, AI agents, and targeted growth campaigns.

In this role, you will act as a dedicated B2B Appointment Setter, generating high-value discovery calls for our agency leadership and driving pipeline for high-ticket marketing and AI solutions.
You won't be making coffee runs - you will be on the front lines of our growth engine. As a key player on our team, you will engage firm owners across the country through cold calling, personalized email, and modern sales tech to start real business conversations and book qualified discovery calls for our agency leadership.

What You’ll Learn & Do
  • Master B2B Prospecting: Learn how to use modern sales tech stacks (Apollo, CRM workflows, and sequencing) to research and target decision-makers.
  • High-Ticket Appointment Setting: Conduct strategic phone, email, LinkedIn and Facebook groups outreach to start conversations with CPA, tax and accounting firm owners and book qualified discovery meetings.
  • Book Qualified Meetings: Schedule discovery calls on our leadership team's calendar.
  • Build Professional Muscle: Develop real-world executive presence, learn how to handle objections, and master sales psychology.

Who You Are
  • A current college student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field) looking to break into agency sales.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking professionally with business owners.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined—able to lock in for 3–4 focused hours a day.
  • No prior agency experience required.
However, if you are sales-hardened through door-to-door, canvassing, telemarketing, or cold outreach experience, you will excel here and are strongly encouraged to apply.
