Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and outgoing Hostess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude who can create a positive first impression and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waitlists.
Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating with the serving team.
Communicate wait times and reservation details clearly.
Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance area.
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other restaurant staff.
Handle guest questions and concerns with courtesy and confidence.
Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours.
Ensure every guest receives friendly and attentive service.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant hostess or in a similar hospitality role.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Charismatic, extroverted, and naturally sociable.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished, and well-presented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to remain calm, positive, and efficient in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ideal Personality

Compensation
$21–$23 per hour + Tips, depending on experience and qualifications.
