We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated person to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be managing and organizing our warehouse and customer storage inventory. We store records and materials for our customers, and you’ll be responsible for making sure everything is properly organized, accurately logged, and easy to locate when needed.
This includes:
• Organizing and maintaining customer storage
• Keeping an accurate inventory and location system
• Making sure customer records and stored materials can always be easily located
• Receiving, locating and retrieving stored items as needed
• Keeping the warehouse organized and orderly
• Washing bins and maintaining equipment
• Handling basic minor repairs when needed
This may sound like a lot on paper, but it really isn't. These are normal day-to-day responsibilities that fit comfortably into the workday. Everything will be properly explained and trained — we're not expecting someone to walk in knowing our systems on day one.
What we are looking for is someone who, once trained, can take ownership of their work. Someone who doesn't need to constantly be told what to do next and is comfortable finding the next productive thing that needs attention.
IMPORTANT — THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION
This is primarily a hands-on, blue-collar position. You’ll be working in the warehouse, organizing and handling stored materials, cleaning bins, moving equipment, making deliveries and helping wherever needed.
At the same time, you’ll work closely with management and learn many of the day-to-day workings of the company. For the right person, that combination creates significant opportunity for growth.
You’ll also be our go-to utility person when needed:
• Occasionally fill in for commercial driving routes
• Deliver or pick up equipment/cabinets
• Run company errands
• Pick up mail, parts, keys and supplies
• Assist management with day-to-day operations
REAL OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
The opportunity for advancement from this position is especially strong. Because you’ll be working closely with management and involved in many different areas of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how the company operates from the inside out.
For the right person, this can develop into increased responsibility and a larger operations or management role over time.
We’re looking for someone who's comfortable getting their hands dirty today while having the drive and ability to take on much more tomorrow.
