Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Bradford Chase Apartments, a 148-unit community located on Williamsburg Village Drive. What You’ll Get:
* $18.00–$20.00 Per Hour DOE
* Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
* On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
* Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
* Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
* Interior/exterior painting and repairs
* Maintain grounds and common areas
* Conduct preventative maintenance
* Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
* Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
* HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
* Working knowledge of:
* Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
* Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
* Appliance repair
* Carpentry, drywall & painting
* Water heater systems (gas & electric)
* Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
