There are two more roomy bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and the other a bunk bed with full mattress below and twin mattress above. There is a second full bathroom conveniently located for the bedrooms, as well as, the main living areas. Off the kitchen, you will find a laundry area with deep sink for soaking, along with a clothesline. Also nearby is the service quarters, with built-in bed and a third bathroom.
Edificio Torremolino is located at the heart of the beach on Salinas Bay. Step out the front door of the building, cross the street, and you will have your toes in the sand of a broad, curving beach. It is surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and shops, and is a short walk to Cevichelandia, and the local supermarket. The Torremolino boasts a lovely front lobby, and social areas, including comfy sofas looking out to a beautiful, sunny terrace with built-in benches and outdoor tables. This unit includes a designated parking space in the secure parking area, and a storage bodega perfect for all your beach toys!
This terrific ocean-view condo is available for rent by the day (two day minimum) or the month. In the Low Season, it is $90 per night Monday through Thursday, and $100 per night Friday through Sunday. In the High Season, it rents for $110 per night.
