Unit: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom within a 2 bed / 2 bath Maplewood townhouse flat (one floor, and you have your own private bathroom). Furnished including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
Rent: $550 /month through . The lease will be signed directly with Maplewood for safety!
Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi.
Facilities: Gym, study/common spaces with free-flow Starbucks coffee, a playground, and the option to borrow a garden plot if you want to plant something.
Area: Peaceful and walkable to campus. There's the 82 bus stop right in front that goes to campus. Since Maplewood is grad housing,
