Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to sublet our beloved furnished apartment from December 2026 through June 30, 2027. We’re leaving only because of an opportunity in another city, and we’re genuinely sad to leave. After trying a few places in Ithaca, we’ve found this apartment to be a real hidden gem, and we’d love for someone else to enjoy it as much as we have.
* Spacious one-bedroom (not a studio!) with a separate bedroom and two large closets
* Bright, cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar
* Full bathtub, not just a shower
* Laundry facilities in the building, including washers, dryers, and a change machine
* Fully furnished and well maintained
The location
Right at the intersection of Stewart Street and Buffalo Street, conveniently located between Cornell, Collegetown, and downtown Ithaca. About a 15-minute walk to Cornell and less than 10 minutes by bus, with a bus stop nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors and lots of grad students.

* No extra charge for a second occupant, making it a great option for couples
* A wonderful, responsive landlord who is always available when needed
* We’ve had no issues with the apartment during our time here
