Looking for a part-time handyman for work in rental real estate properties. You should have your own tools & know-how. A good head on your shoulders and a willingness to solve problems a must.
Immediate jobs include replacing a cabinet & countertops, installing a new kitchen sink & faucet, with opportunity for endless more projects pending your skills. Formal carpentry skills highly desired, moderate plumbing skills a plus!
You will function as an independent contractor. Compensation based on skills & experience, with range of $25-40/hour. You will be compensated fairly & treated with respect (even veneration!).
