Lifestyle Contracting LLC is hiring an experienced construction worker / carpenter helper for remodeling and construction projects in the Ithaca area.
This is a good opportunity for someone with real hands-on construction experience who wants steady work, fair pay, and room to grow with a professional contracting company.
Pay starts at $22–$25 per hour depending on experience. Pay is based on skill level, reliability, tools, transportation, work ethic, and ability to work independently.
Work may include decks, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, cleanup, material handling, and general remodeling.
Requirements:
- Previous construction or remodeling experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Able to work independently after receiving clear direction
- Able to use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Able to work respectfully around homeowners, contractors, carpenters, and other trades
- Able to stay productive without needing constant supervision
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Keeps the jobsite clean and professional
- Own basic tools preferred
