There are no shared spaces between apartment and main house. No roommates. Apartment has its own private entrance, and bedroom is up a flight of stairs, so it feels like its own little house!
The apartment gets very good natural light. Heating, gas, and water are included. Tenant pays for electricity and internet. Apartment comes fully furnished (fully equipped kitchen, living room, desk/work area, small dining table, full size mattress in bedroom, lots of storage space). Full laundry in basement. Landlord is private owner, no agencies. No pets unfortunately.
The apartment is located in downtown Ithaca. Three blocks from Ithaca Commons. A few minutes walk to all major TCAT bus lines (10, 30, 51, 90, etc.).
