My roommate and I are looking for temporary sublets in Ithaca, NY for the dates of December 15th of 2026 to March 14th of 2027. We will be away on clinical rotation. The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 apartment building located off Penn Ave near Ithaca College campus. Rent is $735/mo/person or $1470 total/mo. Utilities like NYSEG and spectrum are responsible of the sublete. Hot water and snow removal is included. NYSEG ranges based on use and spectrum is a fixed $20/mo/person. The apartment is fully furnished. Each room comes with a bed, bed frame, dresser, and closet. The living room has 2 couches, a coffee table, end table and tv. The kitchen is full with the supplies we use on a regular basis. There is an attached deck that is directly over the shared laundry room for the building. We're looking for 2 people to fill both rooms or 1 person who is willing to pay for the whole apartment. The dates are strict since we will be returning to school after completion of our rotation. There is a $100 sublet fee so the sublease can be arranged directly through the landlord. There is a $25/mo fee for the addition of a pet if applicable.
