I am looking for an experienced tile professional to perform precision cutting of existing wall tiles in several bathrooms to accommodate new electrical outlets behind toilets.
The bathrooms have marble, travertine, and ceramic tiles already installed. Openings must be carefully cut into the existing tiled walls so my electrician can install electrical wiring and receptacles for smart toilets.
Scope of Work:
1. Precisely cut openings in existing marble, travertine, and ceramic wall tiles at designated locations.
2. Use appropriate tools and techniques to minimize vibration, cracking, chipping, or damage to surrounding tiles.
3. Protect adjacent surfaces, fixtures, and flooring during the work.
4. Remove all cutting debris, control dust, and thoroughly clean the work areas upon completion.
Requirements:
Must have demonstrated experience cutting natural stone and ceramic tiles while they are already installed on walls. This is precision work in finished bathrooms, not a new tile installation.
Careful workmanship is essential. The goal is to create clean openings without damaging surrounding tiles, grout, or finishes.
Please provide a bid for the tile cutting and cleanup, including your availability to complete the work.
Photos of the bathrooms are attached. An on-site walkthrough can be arranged if needed.
