Sculptor and moldmaker looking for a studio closer to home. Hoping for 500-1500sqft with a bathroom. I work with clay and plaster, no open flame or toxic chemicals but will produce some dust. No heavy power tool use, occasional drill or air duster. Ideally within 10 minutes of Staples Mill and Parham. Looking to move in by the end of the year or early 2027.
