I am looking for a street facing store front space within the twin cities. I want to start off small around 500sq/ft and my budget is around $800 a month.
I am open to negotiating. Ideally I would love to stay in the Whittier, Lyndale or Northeast neighborhoods of Minneapolis but I am open to other spots in the twin cities because my budget is more important than exact location.
