ISO: Small Warehouse, Flex Space, or Warehouse Share (South King County)

We don’t need a large facility and are very open to sharing unused space with another business. A portion of an existing warehouse, flex space, back-of-building space, or similar arrangement could be a great fit.
What we’re looking for:
Approximately 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. (flexible for the right space)
Preferred areas: Tukwila, SeaTac, Burien, Normandy Park, Des Moines, Kent, or Renton
Grade-level door/loading access
High ceilings: ideally at least 12 ft. clear height (or higher) in the main warehouse area; storage/operations areas can have lower clearance
Access to water in the space for cleaning purposes
Parking (we have 3 cargo vans)
Space for inventory, supplies, storage, and light business operations
Open to month-to-month, sublease, or longer-term arrangements for the right space
We’re especially interested in connecting with businesses that may have extra warehouse space they’re currently paying for but not fully utilizing. A shared-space arrangement could be a win-win.
