55F wanting a room share situationship. Metro Indy ONLY. No kids, no pets. I cook inexpensive, easy, Southern food. I keep a moderately clean house. I never have visitors. I have my own car and bedroom furniture. I’ve been in my current situation for 4-1/2 years. We’re parting ways, civilly. I’m trying for the first of September (ish).
So what’s the catch? I live on a meager fixed income, I smoke cigarettes, and I drink. I’m not violent or dangerous.
