I am looking for a rental in the $1500-$1600 I have 3 dogs and a cat 55pounds and under. I am looking for a home with 3 bed 2 bath. Or a home with a shed. I have a job lined up but I need to find housing. My intentions are to lease for 1 year to see if I like the country vs the city life. If I like it sell what I have and purchase in this area.
I will maintain your yard your trees and most importantly your home. If there are horses close by I would be willing to pick up horse apples.
