We are looking for a 2 to 3 month beach Condo rental starting in December 2026. We are from the Aspen Colorado area and wanting to get out of the snow. We rented a beachfront condo on Sand Key for $3500.00 per month and hoping to find a similar rental. I'm a contractor and I was able to fix a lot of issues the the rental had, plumbing, doors, broken furniture, sliding patio doors, ect. We also have a 2 year old house trained minature duchshund. We prefer the Pensacola Beach area as they have dog beaches.
