I’ve posted like this before and had good results for a friend so I thought I’d try it for myself. I’m looking for a new place. I’d like to get a bigger place so my teenage son has room to tinker and build motorcycle projects. Want to do all I can to fan the flame of mechanics/his hobbies!
I am a single mother of a 15 year old boy, successful business owner, sober, responsible, quiet and very clean. I operate a cleaning business with a regular schedule of residential maintenance clients. I partner with a property management company for vacation and long terms rental flips. And I have multiple realtors in Central Oregon that utilize my services. My son attends RPA and completed his freshman year with a 3.3 GPA. He has a good friend group that are respectful and responsible. I have two cats that are very well behaved. Never any accidents in the house, litter box trained, and I keep them well groomed. I have been in my current place going on 5 years and only looking to move into the right property with long term tenancy preferred.
I’m hoping to find a townhome or duplex that is minimum 2 bed 2 bath in SW Redmond. Would LOVE a 3b 2.5b! Definitely need a garage and washer and dryer.
