Explorer's Guide Maritime Academy has extended to the beautiful Sacramento Delta Marina in Isleton, Ca. We are offering the OUPV Six Pack course, USCG approved First Aid/CPR, AED course, the 100 Ton Master Upgrade Course, and the Marine Radio Operator Permit course. These classes will be held in the Community Room at the Sacramento Delta Bay Marina from October 5th through the 15th with Sunday the 11th off. Lodging in the Cabins and at the full hook up RV spaces are available through the Delta Bay Marina office. The following courses are offered through Captain Phil of Explorer's Guide Maritime Academy:
OUPV (Six Pack) Course. October 5th through October 13th with Saturday and Sunday off. 8 am to 5 pm. Cost is $815.00. ($100 deposit required at time you sign up. Remainder due on first day of class).
Red Cross Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Course. Sign up on first day of OUPV class. Course is online with the Skills portion on Saturday from 8 am to noon. Cost is $80 for captain students.
Assistance Towing course October 5-7 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Cost is normally 125, but if taken with OUPV course it is only $65.
Upgrade to 100 Ton Master Course. Must have OUPV License or be enrolled in OUPV class. October 14-16 from 8 am to 5 PM. Class gets out at Noon on Friday. Cost is $345.00.
Auxiliary Sailing Endorsement course. October 14 and 15. 5 pm to 8 pm. Cost is normally $125, but if taken with the Master Upgrade Course it is only $65.
Marine Radio Operator Permit course. Right after the Master Upgrade Friday October 16 from 12 noon to around 6 PM. Cost is $150
