1) We have above ground basement and need to add couple of windows by cutting cinder blocks for ventilation and air and light
2) We need to replace one regular window by Egress window
3) Remove current one car garage door and install new wall and window
4) frame drywall in the garage with a regular 32 inches glass door
5) install porcelin floor about 22 feet long and 10 feet wide over concrete garage flooring
6) convert attick space for a bedroom
