For quick moving sale, I have a custom 16 foot enclosed trailer that was built in 2020 with a fully loaded kitchen and porch with smoker and grill. It has been permitted and used for events and catering. It has 3 compartment sinks and a hand sink with hot water tankless... It has a vent hood and mini commercial refrigerator and full metro 6 insulated warmer box with two chef stations stainless steel tables for meat and vegetables or whatever. Solid treated wood floor with fire proof/waterproof board on top with restaurant floor tiles plus the roof is all metal and the walls in the kitchen are fire and water proof too with FRP and red vinyl wrap over the panels to seal. It has stainless steel doors front and back and stainless steel pocket sliding door to separate the kitchen and the enclosed smokehouse porch.. The smoker is 300 gallon and the grill is 7 feet with stainless grates the smoker has a 6 in 3/4 steel pipe running the roof. The smoker is welded to a 3/4 diamond plate catwalk. It has a three bay steam table on the porch underneath the grill, it has LP commercial Deep Fryer and Wood burning Pizza oven for BBQ Flatbread menu plus New tires. The smoker was 5k so this is a steal for someone just moving into a location is the reason I'm selling
