We are currently hiring for **multiple positions in a high-tech PCB manufacturing environment** supporting industries such as **aviation, military defense, and other mission-critical applications**.

**All employees must be open to overtime when needed or when required by management.**
### ⚙️ DRILL OPERATOR – 2nd Shift
🕓 **4:00 PM – 12:00 AM**
*Training may take place on 1st shift.*
The Drill Operator works with CNC drilling and routing equipment used in PCB manufacturing. This position is best suited for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable with computers, and able to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
**Responsibilities & Requirements:**
* Troubleshoot mechanical, software, and process-related issues on CNC drilling/routing equipment
* Strong understanding of coordinate systems
* Comfortable using machine-control interfaces, CAM software, file management, and basic data entry
* Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges
* Read technical documents, Gerber files, blueprints, and work instructions
* Basic knowledge of PCB materials and processes
* Strong math skills, including geometry and algebra
* Familiarity with preventative maintenance
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Bilingual preferred, but not required
### 🛠️ SOLDERMASK – 2nd Shift
🕓 **4:00 PM – 12:00 AM**
This position involves hands-on production work and operating/handling manufacturing equipment.
**Requirements:**
* Able to stand for the full shift
* Comfortable working with your hands and machinery
* Team-oriented and dependable
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* **Bilingual required**
### 🖥️ IMAGE – 2nd Shift
🕓 **4:00 PM – 12:00 AM**
This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with computerized manufacturing processes and equipment.
**Requirements:**
* Able to stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail
* **Computer literacy required**
* Comfortable operating machinery
* Dependable and able to follow detailed work instructions
### 🔍 AOI OPERATOR – 3rd Shift
🕛 **12:00 AM – 8:00 AM**
The AOI Operator works with an inspection process used to identify potential production or quality issues.
**Requirements:**
* Previous visual inspection experience is helpful
* Able to stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail
* Willing and able to learn an inspection program
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
### 🧪 WET PROCESS / PLATING – 3rd Shift
🕛 **12:00 AM – 8:00 AM**
This position works within the wet process/plating area of PCB manufacturing and requires candidates who are comfortable following safety procedures around industrial chemicals.
**Requirements:**
* Able to stand for the full shift
* Must be able to **read and speak English fluently**
* Comfortable working around hazardous chemicals
* All required PPE is provided
* Team player with good attendance
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
### 💵 PAY & WORK EXPECTATIONS
💰 **Starting pay: $17.00/hour**
💵 **Paid weekly**
