We're looking to add experienced post-construction and post-renovation cleaners and cleaning teams to our provider network throughout Orange County.
Our post-construction jobs involve detailed cleaning after construction or renovation. This can include removing construction dust and residue, cleaning walls, windows, floors, trim, cabinets, appliances, kitchens and bathrooms, and getting the property ready for the client.
Compensation is based on the specific job, scope of work, and number of cleaners on the team. We aim to structure jobs fairly based on the work involved and the team performing the job.
You work as an independent contractor, and we send you cleaning jobs based on your service area and availability.
What you need:
- Previous post-construction or post-renovation cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and attention to detail
