**Process Server Needed – Orange County ($40–$50/serve)**
Excell Investigations & Process Service needs reliable process servers for field work across Orange County. This is 1099 contract work, paid per completed serve, with rush and same-day jobs available. Some assignments may involve surveillance-to-serve for hard-to-reach subjects, and those pay extra.
**You'll need:**
- California process server registration, or willingness to register
- Valid CA driver's license, reliable car, and auto insurance
- A smartphone camera that stamps date, time, and GPS location. **Geolocation photos are required at every attempt and serve.**
- Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend attempts
- Knowledge of CA service rules and proof of service forms
**Preferred:** Surveillance experience.
**A plus, not required:** OC serving experience, family law or restraining order experience, and bilingual skills.
