1 year old Ivory couch + Ottoman. Custom build, $3500 value going for $1000.

Made out of performance linen, can throw in washing machine and it won't shrink. Very comfortable and sturdy, can fit up to 5 people or 7+ if pillows are removed (see pictures for reference).

45" x 125" x 36" (LxWxH)

Condition 9/10. I live between east and west coasts and it is gently used and well taken care of. Moving and will need to sell it. Located by Park Place in Irvine.

Serious inquiries only. Contact Ray text/call show contact info .
