Listing includes the VFFS vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine, 4-lane scale weigher, and takeaway conveyor shown.
The machine is currently equipped with a 200 mm film/web forming tube and produces a finished pillow-style pouch approximately 90 mm (3.5") wide. Bag length is adjustable from approximately 2" up to 10", allowing you to package a variety of product quantities and sizes.
The finished package is a traditional pillow pack, similar to a standard snack or chip bag.
The 4-lane weighing system is ideal for accurately dispensing small dry products and can be configured for target weights such as 3.5 grams, depending on the product and calibration.
Suitable for packaging a wide variety of dry or free-flowing products, including:
