Established optometry office in Far Rockaway is seeking a professional, dependable Optometrist to work Tuesdays.
Our practice serves a large, diverse glaucoma patient population and treats a wide range of other ocular diseases. The ideal candidate is NY State licensed, patient-focused, and has strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with glaucoma management and ocular disease is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye examinations efficiently and in a timely manner.
Perform and interpret diagnostic testing to diagnose, treat, manage, and help prevent ocular diseases and other eye disorders.
Utilize in-office technology including OCT, visual fields (VF), ERG, B-scan and fundus photography.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, prompt, honest, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
